OUR MISSION
To provide
a statewide organization for military vehicle enthusiasts, historians, preservationists and collectors interested in the acquisition,
restoration, preservation, public education and safe operation of historic military transport.
Since 2005 the North Dakota, Military Vehicles
Collectors Association has been running. Since 2006 we have MVPA affiliation. For a
State like ours we have a pretty strong group. Currently we have over 65 members with over 200 Vehicles.
We have members restoring or restored anything from a DUKW, Mule, Weasel to a Holt crawler and of course Jeeps, Deuces’
and Half tracks. In 2006 we displayed at the Grand Forks AFB air show, 164th Infantry Regiment road dedication and one of
our members truck won its class, restored, at the MVPA convention in Dayton. We have an annual summer show, travel to
various MV shows, Iola WI, and the MVPA annual convention.
Even though we have a president, dues ($15 a year), newsletters and meetings, we like to keep our operation light,
informal and fun. We like to network for parts, go to parades and display. If you are
a MV owner or just want to talk about MV’s give us a call.
